Debate-This house believes that we must fall in love with plastic again.
As against group, after the debate, I learned a lot of positive opinions, and I also admit that plastic does have good effects in some aspects, such as its lightness, etc. (but many emerging environmentally friendly materials can also do it). We can also think of ways to prolong its service life, develop it from the perspective of environmental protection, and tap more of its use value.
However, in my opinion, plastic is not essential and will be a material that we will fall in love with again. My reasons are as follows:
1. Logically speaking, if plastic is really worth falling in love with again, we would not be discussing how to spend more time, energy and money on how to reuse it or how to reduce the pollution it brings, but discuss It has irreplaceable benefits, but in fact, no one has the courage to say that plastic is irreplaceable.
2. Judging from the existing environmentally friendly materials that can replace plastics, plastics no longer have a competitive advantage (maybe at the current stage, its production cost will be lower than that of environmentally friendly materials, after all, environmentally friendly materials have not yet been popularized on a large scale). For example, biodegradable plastics made of cornstarch can be biodegraded in 90-240 days, and will not leave harmful substances in the environment due to microorganisms in the environment, and it will be integrated back into nature in a harmless manner.
