ECA exhibition visit

I went to see the exhibition and met art practice students at the Sculpture Court. While I’m not looking for artists for my project, I am interested in the art works of ECA students. I would like to know what students in other programs are doing, and I think the works can reflect their program to a certain extent. There is nothing to lose by seeing exhibitions, and it is also a great opportunity to talk to art practice students. The students who exhibited their works first introduced their own works, then we also described our curatorial project, and finally we communicated with each other.

I think the practice students are good at expressing their ideas, and some of them have great ideas, which I love very much. Each of them has a very different style of work on display, yet they still could come together as an exhibition. Just as each of us has a different curatorial project, we can all work together as a collection. I think they are friendly, probably because they are also students of ECA. When we communicated, they were active in giving us opinions on our projects or suggesting which artists we can look for. Overall, I have benefited from this meeting.
