Ink sketches 

Pencil and ink sketches

Here I was studying the common shapes of mugs, cups and bottles. During this time I realised how impractical it would be to use mugs themselves as my found objects due to them being well, hard to actually find. I instead began to think about gathering other objects and how I could potentially create mugs using them. These sketches helped me to understand the basic shapes better and think about what I could use as materials such as cans and pots.
