I landed in Edinburgh on 7 September, exhausted from a 20-hour flight.
I spent 10 days in self-imposed quarantine in Epiphany because of the outbreak and luckily I tested negative for nucleic acids twice.
When I was released from quarantine (18 September), I moved into my accommodation early in the morning just to have enough time to go to the beach in the afternoon.

As a beach-born child, I still can’t get the beach out of my mind and I’m grateful for the beautiful beach here in Edinburgh. Walking down the street and looking at the historic buildings lining the road brought a strong sense of love to my heart.

On 20 September I visited the art gallery, museum and botanical gardens with my classmates and I can’t find words to describe them other than beautiful (art gallery, museum and botanical gardens).
