The PlayFair Steps at the University of Edinburgh is an initiative embedded in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), and is focused on a large group of staff who work within the University’s central Information Technology (IT) and Library departments, collectively known as the Information Services Group (ISG), to recognise that people’s identities and social positions at work – particularly in the technology industry – are shaped by multiple and interconnected factors.
