Group shot of members of the Global Health Society in front of a screenWe are the Global Health Society!

We have a wide range of interests, from topics like local health inequalities all the way to climate change and sustainability. We aim to celebrate enthusiasm for global health and offer opportunities to get involved whether you’re completely new to the subject or are looking to start a career in it.

What’s coming up?

We have lots planned this year.  Next month, we will be presenting at the International Society of Global Health annual conference.  All members have the chance to join in virtually. We also run seminars, discussion groups and, of course, fun socials. They are a great chance to talk to students across years and subjects who have very different perspectives.

In the future we hope to offer opportunities for paper publication, networking and even internships.

If you have any ideas for events you would like to see from us,  we’d love to hear from you!
