About us

This blog is the voice of students of the MBChB medical degree programme at the University of Edinburgh.

Our blogs are all written by current or former students. You’ll find a variety of original content about day-to-day life at Edinburgh Medical School, including studying tips, news about clubs and societies, and getting the most from living in Edinburgh.

Thinking about studying medicine at Edinburgh? Our six year Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) degree will equip you with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to become a Foundation Year 1 doctor. Next, you could become a GP, a hospital consultant or begin a career in medical research.

Find out more about the MBChB on the University of Edinburgh website.

Learn about our MBChB clubs and societies on our dedicated blog.
