Narrative and Truth – 16th October 2018

The first of our four planned Lines Seminars for 2018/19, will take place on October 16th 2018. Narrative and Truth will be hosted by group member, John Morrison, who will introduce the guest speaker, Tom Flint.

Tom Flint will be discussing the Blended Experience Framework, a tool for designing mobile applications that complement physical spaces. The framework has been developed from theories first proposed by Professor David Benyon and has been developed with Brian O’Keefe of Farmingdale College New York. The framework has evolved from pedagogy where Brian and Tom collaborated with groups of students from Edinburgh and New York. These sessions involved exploratory work at Jupiter Artland and the New York Highline.

We welcome colleagues and invited guests to the event which will be held at the main ECA Boardroom, from 4-6pm.
