This post provides a information on the upcoming changes coming to Learn. This release is subject to change and we will do our best to keep the information up to date before the release to live on the evening of Thursday the 4th of June 2026.

Improved rubric usability when adding or adjusting grades

 

 

Additional floating point roundoff errors with certain rubrics

When grading an assignment using a percentage-based rubric, a student who earns full points can receive a slightly reduced calculated score due to floating-point roundoff behaviour.  This issue has now been resolved and the submission will display a full calculated score.

 

Text colour resets to default black after duplicating coloured text in assignment submission

Duplicating coloured text in Bb Annotate, the duplicated text resets to black instead of keeping the original colour.  This issue has now been resolved and duplicated text will retain the same colour as the original text.
