Couch to 5km plan

‘Couch to 5km’ c’est un UK National Health Service ( entraînement plan pour nouveau coureur. C’est un plan régulier et tres facile – et comment j’ai appris à courir en 2012.

Je voudrais un adapté ‘Couch to 5km’ plan dans  Juin et Juillet:

Semaine 1-3: 3 x 5 minute promene et 20 minute courir

Semaine 4-6: 3 x 5 minute promene et 25 minute courir

Semaine 7: 3 x 30 minute courir

J’espere qui oui!
