Hybrid Working Programme Blog

Hybrid Working Programme Blog

Surfacing the front-line experiences of staff as we evolve our best hybrid working practices, sharing our successes and failures, and learning from each other.

Welcome to the Hybrid Working Blog

Sharing Your Experiences

If there is a message to come out of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is the value of connection and simple human exchanges for our mental health and wellbeing in the face of global trauma.

Maintaining close connections online with those we work with has given us a sense of grounding at a time of immense change and uncertainty.

As the University navigates another pandemic transition, this blog will serve as a record of our shared endeavours to find a new working normal, one that evolves from the best of our emergency work from home experiences and cultivates the shoots of effective hybrid working practices.
