This week in our EEHN PhD Lab we will be joined by two visiting PhD researchers from Aalborg University and the University of Bergen. They will be sharing some of the thorny issues arising in their PhD research around time: how to talk about it and how to sense it.
  • Miriam Jensen (Aalborg) Negotiating times and futures in water management planning: How do we talk about time?
  • Elisabeth Jensen (Bergen) From studying seasons to studying senses – ‘learning to be affected’ in everyday urban life.
Please join us for a relaxed, informal event, providing peer support to PhD researchers at Edinbugh focused on Environmental Humanities related projects.
We will be in Crit Room 2, in the Maltings (via Minto House on Chambers Street). 10-11am Friday 7th October.
