Week 1

An introduction to the short course from Dr Dave O’Brien and Dr Kirsten Lloyd

Small group seminars will be held on Thursday 4 June at 11am and 12pm.  Please sign up for a place via these links:

During this seminar you are asked to present a timed 2-minute pitch without slides on your research aimed at a hypothetical stakeholder (i.e. a policy maker, curator or perhaps a community group) who is interested in the area of your work but needs to understand what its relevance and potential impact might be.  This will be followed by an open discussion on the challenges of impact and engagement.

In Week 1 we will also divide the cohort into up to four groups.
