Configure Evolution mail program to use OAuth2

The Office 365 email service removed support for logins with standard authentication on 1 October 2022, so mail clients need to be configured to use OAuth2 authentication instead.

Evolution is a mail and calendar program for Linux, with good support for the non-standard Office 365 mail system.
