Conceptual objective:
Designing the university from a permaculture perspective/utopian
- Guidelines in space and curriculum
- Take into account the more theoretical work of pedagogy and bureaucracy groups
- What does already exist? Link with some projects already existent (estate department, development project in KB)
- Spatial focus: KB
Operational objectives:
- Using the ethnographic method to research on people’s attitude in KB
- Using drawings, graphic design, maybe some basic knowledge in architecture
- Readings: People and Permaculture. Ask the PCC for some resources and readings.
- Visiting KB
- Understand all the branches permaculture is “touching”, people, groups, garden.
Actions Points:
- Lucie: create a portfolio of the practical project in KB, put everything in a folder in wordpress
- TOMORROW: Find a time that suits everybody to meet once a week to have a discussion on the readings and how we relate them to our project

We will meet from 2-4pm on Friday Room 3.15, 18 Buccleuch street. Not everybody can come for the whole time but it would be an opportunity to discuss the reading.

Read: Chapter 1 to 4 (not all this week but objective also for next week).

• sports clubs recognised by Edinburgh University Sports Union.
