  • Reflection on last week

      1. Conversation about having course as level 10
      2. Sophia W. doesn’t want to bring that as teachers but wants the whole group effort to be included
        • What should we respond?
      3. We could have been more demonstrative last week and take the opportunity rather than discussing the theory a lot
      4. We haven’t really showed anything of what we do
      5. Assumption that we are different from other students: we don’t have pb of non-attending, really motivated… So that other students don’t want to be at uni
      6. Response that they already have the structures here (ex. SLIC) is out of the point
      7. We could meet again with a different strategy
      8. They shouldn’t push back so much about they do, they didn’t have anything to ‘take away’ from us anyway. It can still enrich other people.
      9. We can actually use these opportunities to spread the idea step by step as it is still radical for them what we do
        1. It is rare to get these opportunities and we lost the criticality that we planned to have before
        2. We could reflect on that in the email? And invite them for another session?
          • “Upon reflection: …”
          • Is email the best way to engage? Is it getting suck in bureaucracy again?
        3. Are these just sucking up our energy? Are we too optimistic about what we can get out of it?
          1. We don’t have a perfect version of the course to present to them anyway
          2. Sometimes it is not fruitful immediately anyway
  • We need to start conversation about level 10 course soon anyway
  1. It is difficult to find a way to actually engage them and make them act.
  2. We could rather invite them to talk about concrete points
    • Such as level 10 course
  3. Proposal: Bureaucracy group to talk to them about casualisation
    1. PASSED
  4. Proposal: Invite them for event such as end of year exhibition
