About the process: First we all individually filled out the ‘drivers’ questionnaire (uploaded in a separate post, if you want to fill it out yourself), to think about what we bring to the group and the projects. Then people wrote on post-its in response to the four questions below. I mostly just typed up everyone’s answers, but have tried to group them thematically below. Question 1 was a response to the questionnaire activity. For question 2, people could put their names by their responses. Some responses to the last question were the same, so I’ve put in a number in parentheses to indicate that.
