Instructions For Speakers

To ensure the best possible online learning environment, we recommend following these guidelines.

  • Talk time: 20-30 mins
  • PowerPoint presentation is usually best.
  • Join meeting 15 mins early for a quick tutorial.
  • Keep in mind that your screen will be shared and visible to everyone.
  • If you would like tips on camera position and lighting, we have found Tom Ford‘s advice helpful.


To ensure your Internet connection meets the requirements for video conferencing, we recommend the following (takes 1 min).
