Teaching

I teach the following courses at the University of Edinburgh:

  • Technology and Innovation Management 5 / MSc
  • Systems Engineering: Thinking and Practice 5 / MSc
  • Building Near Futures (EFI)

I also guest-lecture on a series of courses in the history of science and technology, geoscience systems and business development, as well as social and political aspects of new technology, both at Edinburgh as well as internationally.

I supervise Industrial Placements, BEng and MEng final projects, and MSc dissertations.

I am open to supervising PhD projects in innovation process management, organisational development, interdisciplinary and systems engineering, futures design, technology (development) strategies and prototyping methodology, especially in the fields of space and satellite and artificial intelligence.
