Stories from Vet School is a collection of blogs written by current veterinary medicine students about their experience of living and studying in Edinburgh, from attending classes to getting involved in student societies, sport, work placements, travel opportunities and much more besides.

The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies was founded in 1823 by William Dick and is a recognised as a world leader in veterinary teaching, research and clinical practice. The School is ranked consistently highly both in the UK and overseas.

The School is accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), the European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education (EAEVE), the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC) and the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council Inc (AVBC), allowing students to practice in the UK, Europe, North America, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and East and South East Asia.
