Interactive workshops – Translating informed consent in Scottish maternity services

As part of our project, we partnered with Active Inquiry, an arts company in Edinburgh, creating arts and theatre-based projects with and for communities.

We held two interactive workshops with Active Inquiry, inviting our participants to see informed consent from different perspectives through role play and discussion.

These events not only enriched our understanding of the issues regarding informed consent in maternal health, but hopefully had a direct and positive impact on the participants’ day-to-day work.

The dates for the workshops were:

Tuesday 29 March 2022, 1.30-5pm

Friday 1 April 2022, 9.30am-1pm
