Track Your Own Learning – The Online Development Toolkit

Did you know that you can keep track of your own learning in the platform? We’ve had a feature for a while that allowed you to see what materials you had been using. But it was all a bit plain and simple, and hidden away in the ‘My Profile’ section. Based on user feedback, we’ve now improved the functions and features, and made it easier to find. Take a look at the video to find out more.

Now you’ve seen the video, go and try it out for yourself. Up in the top right, next to ‘My Profile’, you’ll see a new link. This will be called something like Learning Log, or Development Log depending on your organisation.

Once you’ve had a look at the figures on the screen, it’s really simple to download a full report in Excel, where you can see what materials you used when, as well as what topics and resource types you use most. You can share that report with whoever you like, or just keep it for your own information.

We’re really pleased with how everything has come together and we hope you like it! Please leave us a comment below and tell us what you think. Be honest; we really need your feedback to keep developing and improving the materials for you.
