About us – Semantics and Pragmatics

SPRG is the semantics and pragmatics reading group at the Language and English Language department (PPLS) at the University of Edinburgh.

The sessions are open to all members of the university community (students of all levels, postdocs, academic staff).

We convene fortnightly to discuss different topics and issues related to semantic and pragmatic phenomena.

This reading group is organised by Ahmed Alhuwayshil, Aldo Berríos Castillo and James Engels.

We meet fortnightly on Mondays 11a.m.
