I’m glad to see you checking out my blog. I’m Marcella, from Indonesia, and I currently reside in Bali (you should check this place out; it’s amazing). My interest in travel has left me with a rooted love for nature. Previously, I worked as a flight stewardess, seeing other parts of the world. There, I realised that my home (Jakarta) is unhealthy, with air pollution, periodic flooding, etc. Public transportation could be more convenient, and it’s rare to find green spaces like parks.

From that, I switched my drive to work towards the environmental problem by working in a consulting firm for sustainability, where we advise public & private sectors on climate change, sustainable finance, and sustainable transitions. Given my background in communication study, I’ve been trusted to grow my capacity-building side. I’m happily crafting necessary knowledge (on climate change) with dynamic interactive activities to ensure knowledge retention and, of course, meeting interesting people, too.
