-Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: understand how artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms work and how they can be applied in the financial sector. This includes understanding the strengths, limitations and potential risks of the algorithms.

Ethical Theory: Familiarise with ethical theories, particularly as they relate to the ethics of technology, such as the ethics of rights, post-human ethics and moral decision-making theory.

Social ethics and public policy: to understand how investment and financial decisions affect society and the public interest, and how policies can be developed to address ethical issues.

-Ethical frameworks and decision-making processes: understand the frameworks and processes of ethical decision-making to help analyse and resolve ethical issues.

How to gain?

Readings and study materials: Read books, academic papers, magazine articles and study materials in related fields to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and principles in each area.
Online resources: utilise online resources such as open courses, web courses, blogs, forums and social media to access the latest information and ideas. Many high-quality learning resources are available online for free.
