WEEK8 program

This week started with the design of my own project. Initially I chose the already built architectural library at Chulalongkorn University to create a lighting design for their reading and modelling areas. However, in subsequent explorations it became clear that the existing lighting design for the library was well established and it would be difficult to make a better solution without changing the function of the existing space, so this solution was chosen as one of the learning examples and a new site was chosen for the design.
The new site is my own architectural project, a botanical exhibition hall in the desert. The design of the exhibition hall is dedicated to creating an online plant cloud growing model by generating revenue through visitors and growing plants to reduce government spending on environmental protection. As with the architectural library there are both display and screening areas.
