When people made a decision on the lighting type of their strategy, they always think in the terms of three main lighting categories depending on Kelly’s approach.

This is the specific expression form of most lamps. I think this picture can clearly show the structure, illumination, and scope of different types of lamps. In general, there are Surface Lights. Pendant Lights, Recessed Lights, and Track Lights.  Next, I will briefly analyze the characteristics and scope of application of each type of lamp in order.

Surface Lights

Surface-mounted fixtures are installed on the ceiling or wall and are visible. They’re most frequent in entryways, corridors, and public locations where there’s no need for subtle lighting.

Pendant Lights

A cord, cable, or chain suspends pendant fixtures from the ceiling. They’re more common in rooms with higher ceilings.

Recessed Lights

Recessed lighting is concealed, usually in a ceiling depression, so the light source is not visible. To produce slots/lines of light, this type of indirect lighting, usually in the form of a downlight, can be employed. However, we must consider the building fabric into which you wish to recess. In some circumstances, the height of the ceiling will prevent these lamps from being installed.

Track Lights

Track lighting can offer a variety of lighting solutions. On one track, there are numerous luminaires with multiple control circuits. Surface-mounted, recessed, or suspended tracks are all options.
