Materials: Clear cutlery container, cereal box.

This Piece was inspired by the kinds of mugs you may see being sold as gifts especially for a birthday or valentines day. The price sticker was meant to comment on the modern practice of giving commercial products as gifts rather than something handmade. The mass production of items makes gift giving cheaper and easier but is it necessarily better? Is the message still thoughtful if thousands of others have gotten it too?
