After looking at William Turner’s work and how he paints weather in such an emotive way, I looked at creating an emotive sense to my work. I have already looked at colour theory so I tried to apply this with Turner’s emotive brush work when looking at an image that I took of a stormy sky in Edinburgh. I like how bold the painting of the storm is and intend to look at this further on.
I then brought back the structured piece of card from early on in this project. I added colours to the card that represented how I was feeling on that day and tried to blend them all in together.
