New collaboration with ESSA, University of Antananarivo

We’re delighted to have a new funded collaboration with Dr ‪Tahiana Ramananantoandro, Head of the Forestry and Environment Department, Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Agronomiques, part of the University of Antananarivo, Madagascar.

Tahiana worked with us to host the training school at the culmination of our project, in which a group of twenty people, including practising engineers, humanitarian professionals and students were trained in the engineering, climatology and adaptation methods developed during the RC3 project.

The University of Edinburgh is now working with Tahiana on the recently started ForesTIA project, funded by the Royal Academy of Engineering.
