PANDA – Look here to learn more about postnatal depression in Dads

 

Fathers Reaching Out – For information and support visit this website, run by mark Williams a campaigner, speaker and writer about father mental health.

 

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) – A campaign leading a movement against male suicide. They offer a helpline and web chat as well as guides.

 

Hub of Hope – A national mental health database, bringing help and support together in one place, with a focus on grassroots organisations. It provides information on a range of different mental health disorders.

 

Andy’s Man Club – They run talking groups for men who have have been through, or are going through, a hard time in their life. These groups are open every Monday from 7pm excluding bank holidays.

 

DadsNet – Articles and practical information about fatherhood, provided by a community of Dads. This includes a section providing information about stillbirths.

 

The Birth Trauma Association – Has a subsection dedicated to providing information and support to fathers who have witnessed their partner go trough a traumatic birth or whose child was born not entirely healthy.

 

Music Football Fatherhood – The UK’s own parenting & lifestyle platform for men, run by men.
