Workshops

What are workshops?

Some of the in-class sessions in this course take the form of “workshops”.

Workshops are group learning situations that introduce you to D-I-T (do-it-together) and P2P (peer-to-peer) methods of learning through responding to weekly assignments. The assignments are short and simple to engage with.

NB: We will not be using any art school fabrication facilities (‘workshops’) in this course.

Preparation

An online ‘learning module’ can will often ‘seed’ or enable you to prepare for a group workshop.

Make sure you follow what’s online before you meet for a workshop.

Always follow the instructions and guidance you are given in advance.
