Week 4-6: Just simply notes

I have been doing a lot less reflecting and a lot more actual writing of ideas and solidifying those ideas.  I have included below the notes that I took with me to my supervisor meeting and the notes that I left with my supervisor meeting with.  The meeting took place on March 28th, 2023.  Even though this was posted a lot later than the meeting, this is the work I did during that time to work on my KIPP project.

Notes I took for the supervisor meeting:

Main Idea
  • Analysing how teacher retention is happening in America???? (maybe how it has happened over time?)
  • Public perception is affecting public policy
    • (focus in it being a pink job)???
    • (focus on it having less trust)?????
  • High retention vs low retention and the differences in public opinion in those areas
