Pros and Cons List

Last week (more like three days ago), I looked into the literature there currently was surrounding my topic.  While this was not a comprehensive literature review/search, I wanted to get a good idea of what information I was working with.  As I am currently deciding between two topics at the moment (not even to mention if there might be more ideas within each of those topics!), I have decided this week to make a pros and cons list of each of the topics.  I have not made much ground on the actual decsion, but this is the work I have done this week to move forward in decding for my project.

PS If you can’t tell, Data for Education pros/cons are in the darker pink, Teacher Retention pros/cons are in the lighter pink, and the light purple is both of them.
