Week 9-10

I started to write the paper on Ethical Data Future this week. However, due to the strike, this course will only be dismissed twice this semester. So it was very difficult for me to start writing this paper. I don’t know how to think about it and I don’t know exactly what Angle to write it from. Finally, after a discussion with my classmates, I chose the method of case analysis and chose the case in the eighth week.

I am interested in this topic because it is similar to the topic of my graduation thesis. ShotSpotter is the main reason for race-based inequality. I thought it would be interesting to explore the fundamental moral reasons behind inequality. At the same time, I am also very excited and hope that I can well combine the six analytical skills to discuss this topic. But before I did, I studied these six tips carefully. Because before this, I was not very familiar with these skills, nor could I fully understand them. I first understood these skills such as moral analysis and moral assessment through cases, and then I chose three skills that fit my cases best to describe them.

I am very happy that I have successfully completed this paper, and I wish you all the best!
