After the success of the Kerr Fry launch event, we extended the invite to all Edinburgh schools to come to the Edinburgh Futures Institute to participate in the AI science show with a difference, “Unbelievably Creative”.

Throughout February, we hosted 140 S1-S3 learners from six Edinburgh secondary schools including Tynecastle High School, Gorgie Mills School, Preston Lodge High School, Boroughmuir High School, and Royal High School.

STV News even came to one of the sessions as part of a news story on how Scottish school pupils are learning about the potential and risks of AI. Read the article and watch the interviews: School pupils learn about potential risks of AI in classroom workshop | STV News.

We were delighted of the success of the February run of the show, with learners offering thoughtful and insightful perspectives on the AI; on the costs, benefits and ethical implications of using it in creative contexts.
