HyStorPor at COP26

We are delighted that HyStorPor project coordinator, Dr Katriona Edlmann, Chancellor's Fellow in Energy at the University of Edinburgh, is participating in the following COP26 events:

Dr Edlmann will be in the UKRI main exhibition area and available to answer any questions you may have.

This webinar will showcase the breadth of UKRI research in the hydrogen thematic area and set the scene for future multidisciplinary working.

Morning: Online; Afternoon: Senate Room, University of Glasgow

Dr Edlmann will join the panel discussion, Carbon Sequestered H2 and H2 Storage, from 09:05 - 10:35. She will be joined by Angus McCross of dCarbonX, Christina Demski from Cardiff University and a representative from INEOS.

The panel will discuss themes relating to large-scale subsurface storage of hydrogen, current developments such as the Acorn CCS and Hydrogen Project in north-east Scotland, emerging areas relating to hydrogen and wind power, and public perception of hydrogen and its uses.
