Technically Art: an exhibition from the technicians at ECA

Join us this week for an Exhibition celebrating the skill and talent of our own technicians here at Edinburgh College of Art.

Technicians at Edinburgh College of Art play a vital role in collaborating with various teams across the institution. Our work goes beyond technical support; we share knowledge, skills, and expertise, enriching the learning environment for everyone. We showcase new materials, demonstrate techniques, and offer creative solutions, helping students and colleagues across the wider university expand their horizons and deepen their understanding of making and creating in all its forms. Technicians are constantly learning and adapting, staying abreast of the latest developments in the field to meet the evolving needs of the courses and individuals that we support. The Technician’s Exhibition is an opportunity for ECA Technicians to share our personal development within our own artistic practices, build connections, and celebrate each other.

The exhibition will be open to all from:

Tuesday 16 – Friday 19 September, 10am-4pm

Saturday 20 September, 11am-4pm

Register for free on Eventbrite.
