Alila Chang recalls: “The picture was taken in A/F 69 in the year 1986. The child in Apai’s lap is one of her grandnieces, Ruth. The woman in red (left) is Tongpangnaro, Khuisinang’s wife. Next to her is Nini (Gaikhanglung’s younger brother’s wife), and the young girl is her relative, Athrole.”
