Gordon has shared an interview on his work conducted for SHIFT:ibpcpa, the International Biennale of Performance, Collaborative and Participatory Arts. 

Non-hierarchical music creation: An interview with Gordon Williams

 

Gordon H. Williams is a composer and musician creating work to attempt to better understand human conditions through studying perception, cognition and communication and to find hope in building community. His research works in parallel through developing a theory of non-hierarchical music creation. As an organizer and educator, he is committed to creating an accessible, inclusive and vital music scenes. Gordon is a Master’s of Music Composition candidate at the HKU Utrechts Conservatorium.
