Maria Cristina Bó

Holds a BA in Chemistry at Rhode Island University (Providence/USA) and a Ph.D. in Science and Technology at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro/Brazil. Bó is the executive coordinator of the International Center for Studies and Research on Childhood (CIESPI) at PUC-Rio. She is one of the editors of the CIESPI Research and Policy Bulletin on children’s rights, particularly children living in vulnerable situations and young people in institutions and living or working on the streets. She represents CIESPI in the National Network on Early Childhood (RNPI) and is a member of the steering group of that network.
