Carolina Terra

Researcher and communication assistant at The International Center for Research and Policy on Childhood (CIESPI) at PUC-Rio, where she takes part in the Nation Coalition on Early Childhood (RNPI). Social worker with a bachelor and a master’s degree in Social Work from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Her studies focus on the social construction of early childhood and its entry into the public agenda, particularly the approaches that influence narratives, legislation and social programs aimed at early childhood.
