This week was the first week of school and our teacher took us through a brief overview of some of the themes, classifications, etc. about curation. We also read some literature and learnt about collectives, biennials, SVAOs and so on. Combined with my previous visits to art museums and my own curatorial experience, I have learnt a little bit more about curation. In the afternoon, we also had a group discussion on drawing maps, which was a very enriching lesson, and I got a lot out of it. I am looking forward to next week’s class.
