1.Core Concept

Creating an “Immersive Labor Art Museum” through the model of “Art Intervening in Rural Communities.” This initiative allows visitors to experience the aesthetics of labor as they walk through the space, following a three-dimensional exhibition route of “Viewing Paintings – Tracing – Experiencing,” thereby revitalizing the spatial value of the village.

2.Spatial Planning

(1)Main Exhibition Hall for Farmers’ Paintings: Repurposing village cultural halls or vacant farmhouses

(2)Site Selection Criteria: Convenient transportation + Preservation of traditional architectural structures

(3)Artist Selection: Unselected

(4)Local Representation: Inviting inheritors of traditional farmers’ painting (e.g., representative artists from Jinshan, Shanghai, or Huxian, Shaanxi)

(5)Contemporary Adaptation: Signing 3–5 young resident artists with experience in rural-themed creation

(6)Rice Field Art Viewing Platform: Positioned in contiguous terraced fields near the village entrance

(7)Site Selection Criteria:

•Field area ≥ 5 acres with a natural amphitheater-like topography

•Equipped with wooden walkways and an observation tower

3.Content Design

Developing a “Treasure Hunt”-style exhibition experience:

•Visitors receive a bamboo guide staff embedded with an NFC chip

•At 10 designated checkpoints, they complete tasks such as:

Scanning a QR code to unlock the creation story → Capturing a designated photo composition → Collecting digital seed badges

•Collecting all badges allows them to exchange for a local specialty agricultural product blind box

4.Artist Collaboration Strategy

1.Establishing a “1+N” Creative Alliance:

1 Resident Curator (with experience in public art projects)

N Creative Teams (comprising farmers’ painters, professional artists, and village representatives)

2.Implementing a “Dual Creation” Mechanism:

•Professional artists must engage in farm work under the guidance of villagers

•Farmers’ painters participate in contemporary art workshops

5.Operational Support

1. Infrastructure

•Renovating 3–5 vacant homes into artist studios and guesthouses

•Installing solar-powered smart guideposts with AR scanning functions

2. Media & Outreach

Online: Launching a “Rice Field Growth Livestream” for slow broadcasting

Offline: Designing farm tool-shaped tickets embedded with seed paper
