As for the research topic, my topic is relatively broad, aiming at the problem of unequal education for women in remote areas of China. But I encountered some difficulties in choosing the sub-direction. I want to study so many aspects that I don’t know to what extent and from what angle to study it. My current idea is to focus on girls in junior high school, because junior high school is the peak period of dropping out of school, and this is the key node for the end of compulsory education.

As for the specific geographical area, I want to wait until I find a suitable interviewer and then choose according to the area where he or she teaches. As for which aspect to start, I am still struggling between economic factors and cultural perspectives.

Certainly it is also very important to combine the future perspective.  “The role of community development in promoting women’s education” or “the effect and optimization direction of current policies” is also a good choice.

I’m not sure about the specific direction of refinement. This needs time to think.
