Week9

Compared to last week I added a 3d drawing to express my details.

In the meantime,

I made a sketch of my main space in class to convey the general vibe I wanted to present.

The main spatial design I want to express is like this:

a translucent glass box, covered with a layer of tulle,

one can only dimly see the clothes and silhouettes swaying inside the box,

but one cannot see, hear or listen to the people inside communicating.

Above the box is a cafe where people can get closer to the skylight,

enjoy the sunshine and overlook the whole hall.

In front of the box is a conveyor belt where people wait for their work

to come out of the translucent box and join the work of others,

as if they were waiting for their checked baggage at the airport.

I was also inspired by the fact that the waiting process also allows me to talk to other people

and show each other’s work.
