About – Kerr Fry Project

The Kerr Fry project has been made possible through an endowment from an alum of both the University of Edinburgh and George Watson’s College. In 2024, the fund’s management expanded the scope of the fund to offer opportunities for school aged learners in Scotland and their teachers to enhance their digital, data and AI literacies.

Several initiatives were piloted in the 2024/25 school year, many in collaboration with George Watson’s College and their partnership school, Castlebrae High School. These pilots aimed to evaluate the feasibility of extending opportunities to the wider schools community in Edinburgh an.d Scotland
