Japanese language education for Scottish schools

Japanese language education for Scottish schools

Japan Foundation funded project: Promoting Japanese language and culture to Scottish secondary school pupils by hybrid Japanese language tuition through a Scottish eLearning system and in-person teaching.

Orkney Visit, August 2023

Visit to Orkney

Visiting local schools like the one in Orkney will give us a valuable insight into Japanese language education in Scottish school environment, and offering a taster language tuition session to their pupils itself will work as a good promotional tool for Japanese language and culture there. From this visit, we will be able to adjust our project for developing a hybrid Japanese language education at the secondary school level, which can be expanded to wider areas and communities

We will post about our Orkney visit soon.
