This series of online events, sponsored by the Energy, Natural Resources and the Environment section of INFORMS, takes place monthly, with each event consisting of a talk by a senior researcher in one of ENRE’s areas of interest, as well as a complementary talk by a PhD student or postdoctoral researcher. The events are recorded and made available for those who cannot attend live, and will be followed by further asynchronous discussion on this website.
The main goal of this series is to allow our research discussions to continue even when access to conferences is diminished, especially also for junior researchers. Anyone is welcome to attend. Sessions are advertised here, on INFORMS Connect, and on social media. If you would like get access to the Zoom link and/or be added to our mailinglist, please email miguel.f.anjos@ed.ac.uk.
Thank you to Harry van der Weijde for his leadership and support of this initiative during 2020-2021.
If you enjoy these sessions and are a member of INFORMS, please consider signing up to become a member of ENRE, which gives access to all community events and helps us continue our work.
Miguel Anjos, President of ENRE, and Lars Schewe
