The University of Edinburgh will be hosting its very first Ada Lovelace Day on Tuesday 13th October 2015 – an international celebration of the achievements of women in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM). Come join us for a day of inspiration and creative activities (digital and analogue!). Come for just part of the day, or come for the whole day! Join us to raise profile of women in computer science & inspire a new generation!

Receive some expert advice and training on how to write, amend and publish articles for Wikipedia, and then help write new articles or improve existing articles about prominent Edinburgh University women, past and present, who are under-represented within Wikipedia.
